County Detention and Records
For a current adult county detention inquiry, contact the published detention facility directly. For an existing booking report, Sheriff-held record, or a booking photograph that may be maintained and releasable, use the County's written FOIA process. The Sheriff's active page does not publish a separate records-unit number, public inmate search, or booking feed.

The reviewed Sheriff and Detention Center pages did not publish separate records-unit or counter hours. Call the listed agency number before traveling or sending a request. The County's FOIA policy states its request procedure, estimated charges, deposits, and response timelines.

- Use Most Wanted for the verified Sheriff, court, and tip paths for a warrant question.
- Use the SCDC search for a sentenced state prisoner, not for a recent WCDC booking.
- Use the BOP or ICE locator only for their respective federal or civil-custody scopes.
- Use the municipal department that created a city police report, not WCDC, when the request is for that police report.
